Be Grateful November Challenge
Gratitude is a practice that when done on a
daily basis can transform your life from craving, doubt, fear, and
shame to acceptance, love, compassion, and abundance. Gratitude is an immensely powerful force that we can
use to expand our happiness, create loving relationships, and even
improve our health.
Many scientific studies, including research by renowned
psychologists Robert Emmons and Michael
McCullough, have found that people who consciously focus
on gratitude experience greater
emotional well-being and physical health than those who don’t. In
comparison with control groups, those who cultivated
a grateful outlook:
Felt better about their lives as a whole
Experienced greater levels of joy and happiness
Felt optimistic about the future
Exercised more regularly
Had more energy, enthusiasm, determination, and
focus
Made greater progress toward achieving important personal
goals
Improved overall connection with family and friends
You will be emailed a Gratitude Meditation to do on your own
throughout the challenge and ask to journal each day on what you
are grateful for in that moment.

In this challenge, you will commit to 21 Days of Yoga Practice,
Daily Meditation & Daily Gratitude
Journal. This challenge is a practice, an invitation to create
a grateful heart which in turn
creates a wise abundant life.
