The perfect mix of personal training and group training. Powered by you and tracked by your MyZone MZ1 heart rate monitor, each total body session is designed to give you maximum results! Each 45 minute session is caped at ONLY 8 clients per session. Clients will recieve (1) 15 minute coaching session bi-weekly. The coaching sessons will be accountability based covering fitness and nutritional goals and must be booked by client.
