Elevate your acro practice with targeted conditioning! This 45 minute class uses low-impact bodyweight exercises to develop a well-balanced body that trains efficiently and effectively. Every class will include exercises to increase your endurance, flexibility, and overall strength. Modifications available for all participants.
You will need: some wall space, a yoga mat, yoga blocks, ankle weights, and your water bottle!
Optional: Ankle weights, light to medium strength Theraband, or 1-2 lbs weights.
