Unlocking
a different experience of yoga through the practice of Yin. Yin
yoga is a slowed down, meditative style of yoga that takes you deep
into the physical sensations of the body, working closely with the
joints, ligaments and tendons. Asanas are held for extended periods
of time allowing one to build strength, flexibility, increase
circulation, and develop great focus. A safe way to explore your
body and mind, welcoming to all people and levels.
