Build steadiness in your body, mind, and energy body as we explore intentional and balanced practices that progress wisely. The autumn practices will feature strong standing balances, hip strength & mobility, balancing and soothing breathwork, as well as mudras & meditations.
This class is best suited for students with at least six months of regular yoga practice.
Flow gracefully with the cycles of nature. The swirling autumn leaves encourage us to root down, get cozy and nourished. There can be a sense that nature is inviting us to come home, to look inside of ourselves. Look and see where we need to simplify, establish routines, flow with our natural rhythms. We look at how we are nourishing ourselves, and how we might conserve our energy.
