Mindfulness Meditation is a practice, balancing precision and
gentleness. With clear
concise instruction, practitioners learn about posture, awareness,
and compassion. The
approach taken in this class is the middle way. When practice is
tight and rigid, it
becomes challenging to cultivate compassion and kindness. When
practice is too loose,
discipline and focus help establish a routine that strengthens
attention and clarity. The
beauty of the middle way is that it is unique to the individual. It
is something each
practitioner discovers along the journey.
