Lunchtime Storm (formerly Flow) is a 45 minute energizing
sequence of yoga poses linked by breath with a focus on building
strength, balance and flexibility. This class is designed
specifically for those looking to get moving and in the flow
midday!
Studio Notes: This is a studio class with limited capacity to
accommodate for social distancing. Masks are optional- please do
what is right for you. Bring your mat and equipment (strap, block,
bolster, and/or blanket) or we have some you can use as well. Be
mindful and cancel within 24 hours if you cannot attend so others
can take your spot.
