This class is as much a meditative practice as it is a physical one. At the start of each class a brief talk will be offered on subjects such as mindfulness, self-compassion, loving kindness, gratitude, etc. These may serve as a seed for meditation or choose your own subject for peaceful contemplation as we settle into each deep targeted stretch.
Level: All levels are welcome and will be able to benefit from this class, great for beginners
Studio Notes: This is a studio class with limited capacity to accommodate for social distancing. You will need to wear your mask at all times in the studio and cafe. Please bring your mat and equipment (strap, block, bolster, and/or blanket) as we are not offering any studio equipment at this time. Please be mindful and cancel within 24 hours if you cannot attend so others can take your spot.
