STORM Flow is a stimulating compilation of heat-building poses and sequences that will nourish any storm! Increase energy, strength, awareness, and Self-LOVE in this class, while you detoxify and reduce stress allowing for a deeper connection to your authentic self. This sequencing of fluid namaskars (sun salutations), hip openers, backbends, and inversions, all in sync with the breath, create a dynamic dance interconnecting mind, body and spirit. This practice is accompanied by upbeat storm-inspired music, and a fast-paced vinyasa. A practice of “Slow Flow” is recommended.
