EmPOWERment for women to do what they are called to do …
What is the mountain you need to climb? And, more importantly, what will it take to get you up and over the top?
In order to conquer any great mountain (obstacle, fear, etc.), we must prepare by laying the foundation and gathering the tools needed to get us to the top. In this powerful weekend, we will be telling our stories, getting clear about our mountains, and then charting maps to get us up and over. There will be plenty of compassionate support, replenishing yoga, nourishing foods and restful interludes at the gorgeous Sky Island Bed and Breakfast, home to much inspiration for writers, wellness seekers, mountain climbers, etc.
She Moves Mountains will be led by Kristin Ritter, founder of Nourishing Storm Wellness Co., RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Holistic Health Coach and author of Spiraling to Wellness Layer 1 & 2, both written/designed at Sky Island.
This retreat is limited to 10 women and part of a bigger coaching program. The weekend will set the foundation as a group and then over the next 3 months you will have the opportunity to work with Kristin privately to ensure your climb is a great success!

- 6:30-7:30am Walking Meditation to the Point (or sleep in) +
Coffee & Tea served
- 7:30-8:30am Morning Yoga
- 8:30-9:30am Breakfast
- 9:30-11:00am Opening Class + workshop
- 11:00am-12pm Solo journaling/rest time
- 12:00-1:00pm Lunch
- 1:30-3:00pm Afternoon class + workshop
- 3:00-5:00pm Solo journaling/rest time
- 5:00-6:00pm Evening Yoga (Restorative)
- 6:30-8:00pm Dinner
- 7:30pm: Under the stars (and full moon) around the outdoor fire
pit/or indoor fireplace

meat, and nuts are on the premises, and may be served.
