Kundalini originates from an ancient yogic technology specifically designed to:

Part one - a kriya practice which is a set of kundalini yoga exercises designed to soften the heart. Followed by a heart opening Kundalini yoga mantra meditation.
Part two engage in a chakra awareness visualisation practice and a practical application of yogic philosophy for modern living which will include pranayama (breathing techniques).
Part three - finish with Kirtan (mantra singing accompanied by drum).
