<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Part one - a kriya practice which is a set of kundalini yoga exercises designed to soften the heart. Followed by a heart opening Kundalini yoga mantra meditation.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Part two engage in a chakra awareness visualisation practice and a practical application of yogic philosophy for modern living which will include pranayama (breathing techniques).</span></p>
<p>Part three - finish with Kirtan (mantra singing accompanied by drum).</p>
