Co-owner of Kalimukti, Yoga and Pilates teacher Ashley will being the workshop witha 45 minute Pilates practice. She will guide you through a series of movements designed to strengthen and stabilise your body throughout your pregnancy and aid with labour and birthing.
Midwife, Hypnobirthing teacher and founder of Positive Birth Jersey, May Bourne will lead a guided relaxation, along with some simple breath work, and focus on the importance of releasing tension during pregnancy and birth.
