<p><strong>Warm Slow Flow</strong></p>
<p>An all-levels practice designed to find balance in the breath, body, and mind by harnessing the yang and yin properties of the yoga practice. Class will start with a heat building, slow flow style practice and end with longer holds and deeper stretches to find this balance within.</p>
<p>As with all of our classes at Village Yoga, our teachers are highly trained and skilled to offer options for our students. Students are always invited to add to their practice or rest as needed.</p>
<p>Warm classes are heated to 80*F</p>

<p><strong>Village Yoga COVID 19 Protocol:</strong></p>
<p>- Masks are optional at all times at Village Yoga</p>
<p>- We have yoga mats available for purchase</p>
<p>- Wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival</p>
<p>- Do not enter the studio if you have experienced flu-like symptoms in the past 72 hours and/or been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past two weeks</p>

<p>- I AM NOT EXPERIENCING FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS AND HAVE NOT FOR THE PAST 72 HOURS</p>
<p>- I HAVE NOT BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE THAT HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 IN THE PAST TWO WEEKS TO MY KNOWLEDGE</p>
