long-time practitioner! We will give you options to break down
common exercises to more safely, successfully and intelligently!
Props will be used as well as breaking down different exercises to
help build confirdence to move safely while doing your movement
practice!

* In person clients, please bring your own mat and any props
you have - overball, strap, theraband. At home clients, please have
any props handy for use!
