Regardless of your age, physical condition or prior yoga experience, this 6-week series is a great opportunity to discover the benefits of yoga while sitting or standing using the chair for support. Chair Yoga is a low-impact way to build strength, flexibility and balance. We'll also explore breathing and meditation practices that can calm the mind and spirit, giving us tools to reduce stress and anxiety. This series is for all levels, including folks who find it challenging to move from standing to sitting to laying down. Chair Yoga is also a great practice for those who need a break from seated office work. This series will be available online as well as in-person.
