Get a little bit of everything with this “powerhouse” workout. We'll work the entire body and at the same time, focus on those core muscles. Think long and lean! We strengthen and lengthen, head to toe. We start our class with a full body stretch followed by a short and sweet cardio burst to elevate our heart rate so those mat exercises count! Once on the floor, we focus on those abdominals before slowing things down and ending our session with another full-body stretch. You'll leave feeling stronger, taller, and ready to tackle your day. While we challenge you, we also teach you how to adjust to your fitness level, making it a great class for everyone.
