In this series we will utilize the
powerful and ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to
condition the body, mind, spirit and whole self to prepare for
conception and motherhood. Each practice will combine breath
work, physical postures and movements, use of mantra, and
meditation specifically geared toward enhancing fertility,
increasing energy flow and nourishing the reproductive and
endocrine systems.
In addition to yoga, information on a variety of holistic fertility practices
will be shared every week, along with exercises and meditations you
can continue to explore at home throughout the series and
beyond.
Over the four weeks, we’ll move
and meditate together, chant, and connect to ourselves in a unique
way, awakening to your inner wisdom and intuitive force.

currently trying to conceive, either naturally or using assisted
reproductive technology. All levels of yoga experience are
