Let thankfulness
reign as you flow and settle in for this special class all about
cultivating gratitude into our practice and lives. Kristin will
first lead a gentle vinyasa class and then Mindy will help us relax
into a restorative practice followed by a sound bath.
Please bring a
non-perishable item to be donated to H.A.T. Packs the week of
Thanksgiving and/or leave a donation to join us for this special
yoga event to go towards the incredible work they do in our
community.

Individual Breakfast Cereal or Oatmeal, Juice Boxes or Milk (no
