Pole Combos (Intermediate)
This class will dive deeper into pose combinations in pole fitness while learning more challenging poses and skills, including two point contact and inverts. Each week will focus on understanding safe and correct pose alignment and creating combos with the new poses you learn.
There will also be time at the end of class for to play and expore pose combos on your own.

Classes will be canceled if they do not reach the minimum registration requirement.
You will be informed of this cancelation at least 60 minutes before class.
