This series will focus on buildilng strength all over, legs,
hips, back, core, and upper body. Each week we'll gradually
increase the intensity of the work. Come prepared to be suprised in
discovering muscles you didn't know you had (plus the ones you knew
about.).
The class will be recorded, so you'll be able to practice more than
once week. The link to the recordings will be shared within 24
hours of the class.
