This class is designed to sculpt the whole body as you keep
that heart rate up and kick some tail! Kara will have you working
hard as you lengthen and strengthen your whole body using
everything from the reformer, tower, and props.

3. Advanced/Expert: Fast paced and extra challenging! Suitable for
athletic students who are considered advanced in their movement and
who require NO modifications. NOT suitable for injuries or beginner
students.
