Learn and practice traditional Tantra yoga. The process of using
asana (postures) to balance lunar (yin) and solar (yang) energies.
Implementing chakra energy (kundalini) awareness to further
integrate and establish this balancing union.
The class will look like: Coming into the breath and landing, a
gentle warm up including intention setting. Moving through an asana
sequence, a calming Nidra practice in Shavasana (laying) to further
integrate and bring full relaxation to the body and mind.
Stillness, Activity, the Breath, Concentration, Play, Devotion
(Bhakti), Knowledge (Jnana),
Peace, Balance, Union, Relaxation. All to be Cultivated.
