Continue
our deep dive into the Philosophy of Yoga with this Day Retreat led
by Kris Batzner. We will turn our attention to Asana (physical
practice, Pranayama (breath work), and Meditation (focusing the
mind).
We will explore the ways these three Limbs of Yoga intertwine with and support each other shining light on new connections in our life and practice!
Our time
together will include practice, discussion, connection, locally
sourced lunch & snacks, and much much MORE!
We are in
the process of finalizing our location so STAY TUNED! If nothing
else, we will gather in our upstairs studio at RedBloom.
The study
of Asana, Pranayama, & Meditation continues the process of
taking your practice off the mat and into all aspects of your life.
These next 3 Limbs of Yoga bring our focus back to our mats with
new perspective and understanding of our connection to the
universe.
