Continue our deep dive into the Philosophy of Yoga with this Day Retreat led by Kris Batzner. We will turn our attention to Asana (physical practice, Pranayama (breath work), and Meditation (focusing the mind).
We will explore the ways these three Limbs of Yoga intertwine with and support each other shining light on new connections in our life and practice!
Our time together will include practice, discussion, connection, locally sourced lunch & snacks, and much much MORE!
We are in the process of finalizing our location so STAY TUNED! If nothing else, we will gather in our upstairs studio at RedBloom.
The study of Asana, Pranayama, & Meditation continues the process of taking your practice off the mat and into all aspects of your life. These next 3 Limbs of Yoga bring our focus back to our mats with new perspective and understanding of our connection to the universe.
This workshop is for ANYONE interested in deepening their understanding of the history and philosophy of yoga: - Students who love yoga and want to learn more about the Yamas & Niyamas - Yoga teachers that want to deepen their understanding of the first two Limbs of Yoga - Anyone wanting to enhance and supplement their physical practice!
