Power Flow is a vinyasa class, which connects movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility. This class detoxifies and rejuvenates the body and mind through movement, balance and intention. This class is a dynamic and energizing practice, which sculpts and tones every muscle in the body while increasing flexibility and strength on and off the mat. You don’t need to be an intense yogi or extremely flexible to take this class. We will meet you where you are and take you on a powerful journey!
PLEASE NOTE: Our instructors each have a unique style, so no two classes will be the same! Come with an open mind and ready to flow + breathe. You will have the opportunity to try advanced balancing poses, backbends and inversions OR not! It's up to you!
FOR:All levels; however, basic understanding of yoga poses is helpful.
