I know the holidays are the hardest time for people to stay on
track with their fitness journeys. I wanted to do something
to help change that. This year we are having our first ever
Holiday Mini Camp. It begins right after Thanksgiving and
ends before Christmas.
This camp is for all fitness levels: whether you are right off the couch or training for athletic event.
The camp times are 5AM, 7AM, and 6PM and are all one hour
sessions.
The 3 Week camp consists of:
