Our main coach-led group class and part of the full Manic Training Program, these workouts are 1 hour long. All Manic Training workouts are full body workouts, working both body and mind with core, cardio, endurance, agility, balance, and strength.
Monday Tuesday: Mixture of core, cardio, agility, strength
Wednesday Thursday: Heavier weights, dynamic movements, mixed with cardio efforts
Friday Saturday: Core, cardio, high end endurance efforts.
The aforementioned class descriptions are general, and may vary occasionally just to keep everybody on their toes!
