Our Hot26 is modeled after traditional hot yoga, which is a system of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that are performed in a specific sequence in order to flush out every system of the body while creating strength, flexibility, focus, and endurance. While each class is a set sequence, instructors may put their own spin on class! For examle, some classes might play music, while others do not.
