Our SOL Flow yoga class combines breath with movement. It’s a slower paced, warm class that allows you to slow down both the mind and body, while connecting movement with breath. The room is set at a nice, cozy warm temp which allows you to receive the benefits of Infrared heat while warming the muscles to achieve optimal stretch. This class is perfect for ALL, regardless of prior yoga experience!
