In this workshop, we will learn how to harness the power of your breath to control stress, anxiety and depression. We will discuss the powerful effect of different Pranayama (breathing techniques) on your Mind/Body. Learn how different breathing techniques can change our mood, our energy and our health.
Then you will melt into a deeply healing and relaxing practice based on stillness. Restorative yoga allows you to surrender into completely supported poses with very little movement. Be guided to explore your breath and assist your body in relaxing and letting go. We will end with a Sound Bath. Rest in stillness as you allow the healing vibrations from the crystal bowls to wash over you. Shaking free all negativity so you can heal on multiple levels. Best for healing injuries, reducing stress and overcoming fatigue. You will release stress stored deep within the body and leave feeling renewed and recharged. Perfect for beginners.
