Restorative yoga to decompress and unwind with Rachel Saxon
Take time out of your day for a gentle and therapeutic restorative yoga practice. This practice involves the use of props to support your body allowing you to stay in poses for longer periods of time, giving your body the opportunity to relax and your nervous system to calm down.
