The workshop will begin with a heart opening meditation, which aims to cultivate positivity and transform negativity into self-love. A guided meditation to encourage deep relaxation and letting go.
After a tea and snack break, enjoy a slow-paced Yin practice to settle the mind and tune in to the physical sensations of your body.
Yin is a beautiful meditative practice where poses are held for a longer period of time than you would in other styles of yoga, yin helps you to stretch and lengthen those rarely-used connective tissues. It invites a quiet, peaceful state of mind, while encouraging you to breathe into the stretches and sit with your thoughts.
