A class uniquely designed for pregnancy, Prenatal Connection offers a safe, supportive environment for expectant mamas-to-be to strengthen the mind-body connection while also connecting with other mamas and, most importantly, your new baby. Through gentle movement and guided meditation, cultivate a sense of ease, strength and grace with which to meet the challenges of pregnancy, labor, and new motherhood.
