Myofascial Release class is great for ANY LEVEL.
Myofascial stretching is a relatively new, yet highly effective technique. It is gaining popularity as a tremendous way to treat and prevent joint injuries—especially among athletes. Myofascial stretching is very different from classic stretching techniques.
Instead of stretching out the muscle itself, it uses precise postures and highly coordinated movements to target the fascia surrounding specific muscles and joints. Fascia is a strong flexible tissue that encloses and stabilizes the body's muscles, organs and other parts of the musculoskeletal system.
Some of the benefits include relaxation, better circulation, injury prevention, lengthening muscles, increased flexibility and range of motion.

- We will provide you with foam rollers, therapy balls, and other props to assist with the myofascial release.
