Join us each week for a practice of personal discovery through meditation. Mindfulness is a meditation practice where you become aware of what you are sensing, feeling, and thinking in the moment without judgment. You will notice your mind and body letting go of daily stressors. As a benefit, you feel more calm and clear. Each class will include approximately 5 minutes of light stretching, breathing methods, and guided imagery to relax in peacefulness. No prior experience is necessary. This class is open to beginners and experienced practitioners. Class length is 45 minutes. Please wear comfortable, warm clothing.
