We hope you’ll join us on December 8 at 9 AM for this 30 minute introduction to: Heads to Hand class. This class combines the very best of yoga. stretching and meditation. The focus of this program is to release tension from the head, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Often the ergonomics of our work environment creates a forward head posture and tightness in the head, neck and shoulders; this class is the perfect antidote!
