Part One - Reflect and Progress
Introduction with a mindful meditation, using breathing techniques to connect the mind and body in the present.
Bring clarity to the mat, connect with how you feel. Notice how far you've come and what's next for you to explore.
Part Two - Begin to flow
Gently ease into your body with opening & releasing postures. Build into a steady flow, transitioning and linking poses to encourage blood flow and warm the body through movement.
Part Three - Let Go
Release anything you no longer require as you move through deeply restorative postures. Enjoy long hold in the poses to soften your body and relax the mind.
Seal the practice with a nurturing meditation and relaxation.
The workshop will leave you with a sense of closing 2021. The aim is to help you feel balanced with a calm and steady outlook to welcome the new year.
