Yoga provides the ability to practice balancing your mind and your body through the asanas (poses).
You'll learn proper alignment when moving into the poses (and you do so at your own pace), so that your physical balance improves, as well as your “life” balance, and your mind begins to focus more deeply.
Existing injuries are not a problem. You will be given the correct options best suited for your body.
MUST ARRIVE 10 mins EARLY
1- Bring adequate water (none available in Studio).
2- Wear a mask at all times, and while on The Tannery grounds
3- Wear clean athletic shoes
4- Bring personal hand sanitizer
5- Bring a mat
6- Wait at back entrance until temperature is taken
