In this 3 week series we will explore the hammock! This will be a fun but yet unique introduction to aerial fitness that uses fabrics to engage your whole body and also helps to develop flexibility and grace. This series will include a mix of flexibility and beginner moves that will make you more comfortable with this new apparatus.
Attire: Leggings, socks or barefoot. Fitted tops that cover midsection. Short sleeve tops preferred.
