Join Morgan & Justina for a Yin & Meditation Reset. During the holiday season things tend to get busy and fast paced, leading to feelings of anxiety, dread, overwhelm, and burnout. Taking the time to intentionally pause is so important for our overall health and well-being.
Justina will ease you into the practice with a guided meditation and Morgan will guide you into the passive held stretches of yin. We will close the practice with the beautiful loving energy of Reiki, allowing for a full body, mind, and spirit reset.
Why Mediation?
Approaching meditation with kindess and compassion for ourselves
gives us space to feel into what's really present. It helps us
understand our inner world, and see ourselves for all that we are
without judgement.
Why Yin?
This practice of passive held stretches is so nourishing especially
when practiced regularly, it can lead to changes in range of
motion, greater overall hydration of the tissues, and reduced
inflammation. It gives us a chance to slow down and be
introspective, really tapping into our parasympathetic nervous
system so that we feel safe enough to rest and digest.
Why Reiki?
Reiki, the universal loving energy, taps into our energetic and
physical bodies creating space for healing. It shows us what's
present, gently guiding it to the surface so it can be
released.
All three healing modalities release blockages in our system and allow for the free flow of energy. When our energy is flowing freely, we feel better, and when we feel good, sharing our light with the world is effortless.
