Once there we'll dive into the magical experience of yoga nidra -- where we can experience expanded consciousness and touch in with our true nature, which is unafflicted, spacious timeless knowingness. </span></p>

She trained with Richard Miller in Yoga Nidra and uses it as part of her personal yoga practice. She is interested in sharing this practice with you at this time, due to the increased anxiety and stress that many people are feeling at this time.</div>
