This 10 week ONLINE course provides a comperhensive introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong with Master Yao Li. Participants are encouraged to take the whole course at a discounted rate of $10/class or may drop in for a single class for $15.
Tai Chi is an internal martial arts widely practiced for its many
health benefits. Tai Chi is a slow moving study in meditation that
require the practitioner to be alert yet relaxed mind, body, and
breathing.
QiGong means “breath work”. QiGong enhances the flow of energy, or
Qi, in the body which invigorates the internal organs, supports
bone strength, and maintain resilient muscles.
