Setting an intention/sankalpa for 2022 and opening up to receive the new year's blessings
This practice will begin with a few moments of pranayama to allow you to become present, focused, and to identify and set your sankalpa. Then we’ll prepare the body to rest in stillness for a guided meditation to facilitate releasing the past and opening to the future. We’ll then move into a gentle asana practice to encourage standing strong in your sankalpa, being open to the future, and shifting perspectives.
