Looking for some extra yoga in your barre class? This 45
minute class flows straight through from start to finish, so be
prepared to take breaks as you need them (don’t worry -
we want you to take breaks, it’s just up to you
when they happen)! Barre Flow happens off the barre and
incorporates yoga poses and more typical barre strength sequences
throughout the class. Leave feeling calm and strong!
Reminder that for all in-studio classes, proof of vaccination is required. Give yourself plenty of time to park and come up to our space! We lock the doors when classes are in-session and don't want you to miss out!
