Intro To Boxing is designed for those who have never boxed, taken a boxing class, or need a refresher on the basics.
Everyone must take this class before joining MCB with the exception of those who have competed as an amateur or professional boxer.
This class is designed to teach proper stance and basic fundamentals along with becoming familiar with boxing terminology and gym equipment.
The goal of Intro to Boxing is to become acclimated to the sport and the gym, so you will be ready to take the other classes offered.
It is recommended to take at least one or two of these classes before participating in other classes.
