<div>Curious about mindfulness and meditation? Join Dr. Jackie Ang for a 9 week course to develop your own mindfulness practice and learn practical skills for coping with stress. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an experiential learning journey for any meditator (brand new or experienced) and has been taught worldwide for over 40 years. </div>
