Curious about mindfulness and meditation? Join Dr. Jackie Ang for a 8 week course to develop your own mindfulness practice and learn practical skills for coping with stress. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an experiential learning journey for any meditator (brand new or experienced) and has been taught worldwide for over 40 years.
This course is FREE if you have a valid Ontario health card.
Tuesday afternoons from 2:00 - 5:00 PM (January 25 - March 15, 8 sessions) with Retreat Day Saturday March 6 from 12 - 5 pm.
Small group sessions include teaching, guided mindfulness exercises and group dialogue. All sessions must be attended for coverage by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Program).
