Pole 2 is for the intermediate student who is ready to begin climbing and learning tricks off of the ground. More advanced and 1 handed spins, inversion preparation, and spinning pole will be taught in this class. Instructor approval is required.
 
Pole fitness classes combine cardio, strength and toning movements to give you a full body workout.
 
Pole classes are leveled from beginner to more advanced and are for students ages 18+.
