<p>In this 5 week series we will journey through the subtle body anatomy of the koshas. The koshas are a philosophical map that guide us from what is most dense - the body, to what is most subtle - the spirit. Each class will include a brief meditation in one of the 5 koshas followed by a fluid yoga practiec in a heated room.Through visualization, pranayama, and asana, we will explore the layers of this subtle body map, week by week.</p>
