EVOLVE yin yoga
is an opportunity to mindfully slow down and bring further
awareness to how your body moves. Yin yoga targets your deep
connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones.
It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward
and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your
body. This is the perfect compliment to your Barre, Pilates, Yoga
practice or other faster-paced activities. Yin is gentle and
purposeful and through extended holds in gentle opening positions.
In the Yin practice the tissues will be slowly gently stretched,
holding restorative poses for 2 – 5 minutes at a time, followed by
rest.
