This class is designed for the experienced Grow Strong Hatha or Strong Flow Vinyasa student who is ready to work toward poses that require greater strength and range of motion. With the aid of props and teachings of alignment, we will learn how to progress mindfully into a variety of balance postures, inversions and back bends by progressively building strength and openness. With an emphasis on respecting the internal cues of our body we will learn how to honor our unique edges and trust our internal spirit to guide us.
