Come develop, week by week, your capacity for balance. For all of us, especially as we age, maintaining and improving balance is a crucial part of living well. Balance naturally declines as we age, but the good news is that we can improve balance with practice. Part of this work will be building core strength, a key component to our ability to balance.
We'll progress week by week buidling skills and advancing over the five weeks. You'll have full access to the videos until the end of February, and you are encouraged to practice twice a week in between sessions to gain the full benefit of the series.
